The Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) is a public transit agency serving the cities of Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton in California's Alameda County. LAVTA was created in 1985 by the city councils of Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton and operates under the brand name Wheels.

The agency operates a fleet of buses that serve both local and regional routes, including connections to Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and Altamont Corridor Express (ACE) trains. LAVTA also operates a Paratransit service for people with disabilities who are unable to use the traditional bus routes.
